He took the time to walk me through the different models and find the one that fit perfectly. Alex really made the entire experience feel personal and exciting. He answered all my questions and shared tips on how to care for my new watch. If you’re looking for someone who will make your purchase memorable and enjoyable, I can’t recommend Alex enough. Being able to surprise my dad with his dream Rolex to celebrate his retirement after decades of service as a physician was a truly meaningful moment, and I won’t forget getting the call that it was available and how grateful I felt to have the opportunity to purchase it for him. Everything about the process felt thoughtful, professional, and personal. David Rosado was wonderful to work with, and the entire Rolex team helped make the day feel very memorable. I’m especially thankful that I was able to do something like this for my dad, and the care shown throughout the experience made that moment even more meaningful. David Rosario was tremendous! He was super knowledgeable about the time pieces, and remember conversations we had months ago. He really made us feel like VIPs. Buying the watch felt like a movie. Plus he was fun! I couldn’t speak higher of the experience and the watch. 20/10!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this authorized Rolex dealer at the Millenia Mall in Orlando, Florida. I had done extensive research on current Rolex models and had my heart set on a particular Datejust model. I was aware of a lot of social media chatter about difficulty obtaining a watch from an authorized Rolex dealership. I went to this authorized Rolex dealer and worked very closely with Jennifer Moore who registered my request and indicated that my watch would hopefully be available within 6 to 12 months. I stopped in to check on the status every couple of months and when I finally received contact from Jennifer indicating she had my watch I was elated and now wear my watch proudly. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the dealership as I met several other team members during my visits there. I would definitely do business with them again in the future. It was well worth the wait instead of looking at used watches that may not always be authentic and not have the Rolex factory warranty.

I recently visited the Rolex boutique with my mother-in-law, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding, all thanks to David. From the moment we arrived, David was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. He guided us with genuine enthusiasm and made the whole process feel effortless and enjoyable. My mother-in-law immediately fell in love with a 28mm OP, it was love at first sight. What impressed us most was how quickly David made it happen. In just a few days, she was wearing her dream Rolex, something we truly didn’t expect so soon, granted it was a once in a blue moon opportunity, he kept us updated every step of the way and delivered with zero pressure and total care. She left the boutique beaming, and the joy on her face was priceless. David, you’re a superstar, thank you for making this such a memorable experience. Cannot recommend David highly enough. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and truly first class. Julie was absolutely exceptional throughout the entire process.
